Arkitek Supply offers comprehensive support to architects and building professionals by creating detailed CAD shop drawings for each unit. We work closely with customers to assist in selecting wood species, finish colors, and hardware.

Once shop drawings are approved by the customer, the project moves into production. From this stage, we ensure delivery within 10–12 weeks, with shorter timelines for smaller projects.

Our products are shipped directly from our European factory in sealed sea-cargo containers. We avoid Less-than-Container Load (LCL) international shipments to minimize material handling after the products leave the factory.

Depending on the size of your project and its location, some containers are shipped directly to your job site, while others are routed to the Arkitek Supply warehouse. From there, windows are delivered using Arkitek Supply box trucks or freight services. Please inform your Arkitek Supply representative if you have specific delivery requirements, such as limited access hours or a challenging driveway.

Projects within a 5-hour radius of St. John's, delivered via an Arkitek Supply box truck, are supervised by Arkitek Supply staff. Our truck drivers also serve as window installers and can provide free contractor installation training on the day of delivery.

For deliveries and installations outside the St. John's delivery radius, we offer trained Arkitek Supply staff for a reasonable labor and travel fee. Your local installation crew can collaborate with Arkitek Supply staff for installation supervision and training, typically requiring only 1–2 days to get your team started.

We provide a five-year warranty on our windows and doors. However, our commitment to customer service extends well beyond the warranty period. We are dedicated to supporting our customers with any issues that may arise with our products.
